Good news on Annual Home Office Fee Increases
In April of every year, the Home Office announces fee increases for immigration and nationality charges. On 7 March 2019, the Home Office released its new fee list valid from 29 March 2019.
We are delighted to inform our clients that for most visa applications, there will be no fee increases.
Visitor Visa Fee Changes
There is a 2 and 3% change in fees for most visitor visa applications. The fee increase is fortunately not significant. For the visitor visa application for six months, the fee change is £2. The fee change for the visitor visa, valid for ten years is £24, bringing the new cost to £822.
Fee changes for Optional, Discretionary and Super Priority Services
There is also fee increases for some optional, discretionary and super priority services.
The electronic waiver fee increase with 100%, bringing the cost to £30. The super priority service will increase by 31%, bringing the cost to £800.
The expedited processing – Priority service will increase with 5% to £500.
Appendix EU Fees
From 29 March 2019, there will be no fee for the application for both adults and children for leave to remain, under Appendix EU. From this date, there will thus be no charge for this application.
